On March 23rd, 2022, the Kansas City Chiefs traded six-time Pro-Bowl wide receiver Tyreek Hill to the Miami Dolphins for five draft picks, being a 2022 first-round pick, second-round pick, and fourth-round pick, with the addition of fourth- and sixth-round picks in the 2023 draft.

A lot of people are in question and are very confused as to why the Chiefs would want to trade one of their best players. Well, the answer to their questions would be that the Kansas City Chiefs and Tyreek Hill have been unable to reach an extension agreement. The Chiefs have since told Hill’s agent that they have permission to go find a team that is willing to pay him what he wants, and Kansas City will trade Hill if the he would want them to.
