Tik Tok was one of the most popular apps during quarantine last year and is still very popular. Even though last year wasn’t the best year, it did have some of the best dances. Here are some of the most popular Tik Tok dances of 2020.

The Renegade 

The Renegade (Lottery by K Camp) is probably the most famous Tik Tok dance. If you look up what the most popular dance of 2020 was, it will tell you, Renegade. Yes, it probably was the most popular dance of 2020, but it was actually created at the end of 2019, remaining super popular at the start of 2020. Some people may think Charli D’Amelio is the creator, but Jalaiah Harmon is actually the creator of this famous dance.

3 Musketeers 

The 3 Musketeers dance was most popular in the summer of 2020.  @colo. cag is the creator of this dance. If you can’t remember how the song lyrics start for the dance here they are, “Like the 3 Musketeers, ayy, ayy, tell lil’ shorty come here.”

Savage

The Savage dance was the next most popular dance after the Renegade. Megan Thee Stallion is the amazing singer of this song. Savage was most popular at the beginning of 2020. Do you remember the savage dance?

 The Savage Challenge 

Jason Derulo’s song Savage Love was released on June 11th, 2020. Almost right after he released Savage Love, there was already a dance. When people would do the dance they would use the hashtag #Savagechallenge. The Savage Challenge just might have been the easiest dance of 2020. First, you tap your left then your right shoulder with your right hand. Then, you raise your right hand and swing your hips. In the next part, you take your left hand and tap your right then your left shoulder. Then this time instead of raising your right hand you word raise your left hand and swing your hips. The last few moves are a little different. In the next few moves, you basically combine everything you just did. You cross both your arms and tap your shoulders. Then, you uncross your arms tapping your shoulders. The last move you do is to raise both arms and swing your hips.

Christmas Dances

Last year had some really good Christmas dances. The two that people did the most were It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas and Last Christmas by Ariana Grande. The more popular one was It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas. This dance had a lot of moves in it, from running, to good footwork, then to the best of all the dice roll.
