Listening to Music While We Exercise

During P.E., we normally exercise without music. Most kids exercise in silence and are really bored. I am here to possibly change that. I decided to interview our  P.E. coach, Ms. Kayla, and ask her what she thinks about that idea.

Q. Ms. Kayla, what do you think about having a song playlist when we exercise?

A. I think it would be great!

Q. If we did have a song playlist, what kind of music would you play? exp( soft, classy, rock)

A. Something appropriate but motivating and engaging for all students.

Q. What is your favorite kind of music?

A.  Old school country

Q. What kind of music do you think the students will enjoy?

A. Something upbeat like hip-hop.

Q. Do you think this music will help kids do their exercises better and more properly?

A. Yes, as long as they stay on track.

Q. Would you enjoy the music?

A. Yes, music puts me in a good mood.

Q. Do you think it would make the students more motivated when they work out?

A. Definitely!
