How To Make Hot Chocolate From Scratch
December 15, 2020
Winter comes every year. Christmas is soon to come, which means snow will, too. Everyone loves snow. You are playing outside in the snow for an hour, but start feeling a little chilly. No need to worry, right? Just get some hot chocolate! You look in your cabinets, but you have none. There is no need to worry! I am here to tell you how to make hot chocolate from scratch!
First, you must get all of your ingredients. Get the following:
- Milk
- Sugar
- Cocoa Powder
- Chocolate Chips
- Vanilla Extract
- Saucepan (small)
If you want, you can even get some marshmallows. Once you have all the ingredients, take some milk, sugar, and cocoa powder, and pour them into the saucepan. To make the hot part of hot chocolate, cook over medium or medium-low heat. While cooking, mix it very well. It must cook until it is done, but it doesn’t need to be boiling. To make sure it is cooked thoroughly, put your hand over the saucepan to make sure it is warm. Next, pour in some chocolate chips (as many as you want). Mix well so the chocolate chips are fully melted. Last, but not least, add in some vanilla extract. Once finished, serve as soon as possible. No one wants plain chocolate milk. Remember; if you ever need any help, it is OK to ask a parent or guardian. Make sure they are OK with you cooking while home alone, if you decide to do so.
