Q: Chase, how old are you, and what grade are you in?
A: I’m 12 years old, and I’m in 6th grade.
Q: What’s your favorite type of day?
A: It would be really warm and sunny, and I would go swimming with my friends.
Q: What are some of your favorite holiday traditions?
A: Well, on Thanksgiving my whole family gets together and we eat a lot, watch football, and play baseball. On Christmas I love to watch people open the presents that I got them, decorating the tree, seeing Christmas lights, and listening to Christmas music.
Q: If you could start a charity, what would it be for?
A: I would start a charity for kids with leukemia.
Q: What subjects should be taught in schools that aren’t already?
A: I think that kids should learn how to pay taxes and how to change a tire.
Q: What do you notice first about a person when you meet them?
A: I notice their sense of humor first, because I love to joke around with people all the time.
Q: What subject could you give a speech about with no preparation because you know so much about it?
A: I could give a speech about baseball with a minute’s notice, as I play for the junior high team.
Q: Who is your role model that you look up to?
A: I really look up to my dad because he inspires me work hard and always do my best. He has always been really involved in my life and been such a great influence on me as I’ve grown up.
